Haku and Flutter are not actual siblings, however they were each foster children, being bounced around from home to home. They found each other in what would become their family, after being adopted by the same parents they learned martial arts at their new fathers suggestion, saying it would help with their secret anger they each held.

It did alot more than that.

Through martial arts, they found not only the usual focus and discipline, they found something more. Dragons.

They love Dragons. They found the loyalty of dragons unquestionable and their power untouchable. Through their love of dragons and their bond their powers were granted.

Flutter adores her brother, while Haku is more focused on being tougher and living up to the unrealistic expectations Gravnos sets for him,
Flutter would be fine spending a day fighting crime or just coloring.
